BUBBLE  Air Bubble Nylon is a packaging material that compressed the air among to the two polyethylene film by thermal process. Air Bubble Nylon is used for protection from strocking, scratching, getting dusty, hitting, crushing, friction and vibration. Air Bubble Nylon has a lot of advantages; easy to transport, modern apperance, low costs, getting benefit to store…Air Bubble Nylon is produced in three category as to usage area; single layer (Normal), double layer (Sandwich) and bubble with paper. An example of single layer air bubble is shown at the right side. We can easily control the frequency and dimension of air bubble. On the other side we can colour our products. Single layer and double layer air bubble nylons can produce in a roll shape or bag shape. They (frequency,dimensions, colour, shape) are all related with customer requests. But air bubble with paper can only produce in a rol shape. Our products go up in price over kilos. We can control the gravity in per m2 and it s related with customer requests. Through your requests our product’s gravity changes between 80 gr to 200 gr per m2. Through the customer requests we can roll the products to customer requests size. And at the left side, there is an example to air bubble. And it s coloured to yellow through your requests. We are trying to perform all of our customer’s requests with just proud of doing this. This effort will always continue together with you.
